LOW SEASON (June-September):
$220 -  night (minimum 3)

HIGH SEASON (October - May)
$250 -  night (minimum 3)

11.5% Palm Springs Occupancy Tax charged on all stays of less than a month

$100 departure cleaning fee per stay

Optional pool heating available at $45/day (during winter)

A refundable damage deposit of $500 is required for all stays. Payment required in full 30 days before arrival.
